Is it safe for tinted windows?

Vision-HD is designed for use on the exterior of automotive glass. We do not recommend using it on the interior side of windows where aftermarket tint film is applied.

Will it remove deep scratches?

Vision-HD is a mineral deposit remover and optical refiner. While it restores clarity and removes surface etching from hard water, it is not a glass resurfacer for deep physical scratches or stone chips.
